How long does it take to process an order?
We ship every Monday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the Monday after that. This ensures plants won’t get stuck in warehouses over the weekend. 🌿
What if the pant(s) come in bad condition?
If your plants arrive in poor condition, don’t worry! We offer a warranty and will either refund you or send replacements at no extra cost. 🌱
What is your return policy?
As plants are living products, they cannot be returned. However, we’re flexible and happy to work with you to find a suitable solution if you’ve ordered something by mistake. 🌿
It is freezing outside, do you still send plants?
If it’s freezing outside, we take extra care to protect your plants. We include heat packs and use special insulated bubble wrap for added warmth. If temperatures are too low, we may delay your order to ensure the plants stay safe and don’t freeze. 🌱❄️
