Solanum evolvulifolium: A very beautiful, small vine with patterned, oval leaves native to Central America and the northern part of South America. It occurs at elevations of approximately 800 to 2500 meters, making it less sensitive to cooler temperatures than one would expect for tropical plants.

This Solanum species grows as a ground cover or trailing plant and has hairy, olive green leaves that are about 2 to 3 cm in size, with yellow leaf veins. It produces small, whitish-green flowers.
