Les plantes étant des produits vivants, elles ne peuvent pas être retournées. Cependant, nous sommes flexibles et heureux de travailler avec vous pour trouver une solution appropriée si vous avez commandé quelque chose par erreur. 🌿

S'il gèle dehors, nous prenons des précautions supplémentaires pour protéger vos plantes. Nous incluons des packs chauffants et utilisons du papier bulle isolant spécial pour plus de chaleur. Si les températures sont trop basses, nous pouvons retarder votre commande pour garantir que les plantes restent en sécurité et ne gèlent pas. 🌱❄️
