Where can I find my Track & Trace?

As soon as you placed your order, your order will be processed by GrowJungle.

NOTE: We only ship on Mondays and sometimes on Tuesdays. If you have a special need for different shipping, let us know by contacting us. 

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Track & Track by e-mail.

NB! Check your spam folder.

What kind of boxes will it be shipped in?

We ship with double sided boxes for extra security. The plants will be taped to the side of the box to secure the plant so it won’t be moving during traveling. During wintertime, we will add heath packs and extra bubble wrap. 

When will international shippings be posted?

Shipping will happen on every Monday to ensure the quality of your order. 

How fresh and healthy are the plants?

The plants come straight out of the greenhouse. This means that there is no transport between the moment of packing the plant and the shipping to you.

Where are the greenhouses located?

The greenhouses are located in the north of The Netherlands.
